Jon and Melissa Cowell, Managing Members

After 16 years of working in the family consulting business, Jon and Melissa ventured out to start  their own firm with a focus on honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

Jon is a focused manager with 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry leading projects, programs and teams, who is committed to project success and overall customer satisfaction while creating long term relationships. Jon has unique experiences and skill sets that allow for that innovative and out of box thinking and problem solving that have established him as a successful project management leader in the industry.

Jon also leans on his vital experience from his sales and customer service management positions in the automotive and construction industries.

Melissa keeps everyone grounded at Cowell Consulting and takes care of the very important back office work to ensure that our clients have a great experience by making every transaction smooth and effortless.
